I recently purchased this veh and radio only plays a few stations in my city, Nashville, as I can hear the motor on antenna sound off but the antenna stays put and does not extend as it should thus results in not picking hardly any stations....do I need a antenna only or the full item that include a motor...also, having trouble finding part numbers for either.....called dealer and their price $305😳😳😳. Help! Thanks

 

Well, I actually just used wire pliers and pulled up the antenna from the body and now radio works as it should....yes, when I turn the radio on and off the sound of the elec motor is heard but no their reaction as I keep the antenna up.��
