Looking for the inner door water deflectors gm part number 25670515 and 25670514. Any help is appreciated.

 

I doubt you will find new or reproductions. I think you just has to search used. I don't see many Eldo's in yards any more. Some heavy sheet plastic would be better than nothing, You could try to fab covers for the hooks.
