Wiper fuse location 95 Deville - where
This relates to a 1995 Deville.
Ok, due to the terrible weather we are having in the northeast, my wipers are frozen solid and before the storm the car was turned off with the wipers in delay mode. I need to start the car with the wiper motor disable but can't find the fuse for them. I would have assumed that the wiper fuse would have been in the small fuse box under the hood. The wipers are not indicated on the fuse cover. Is there more than one fuse box under the hood?
The previous owner didn't have an owners manual for the 95 and could only get one for a 96 Deville. The under the hood fuse box in the 96 Deville book looks different.
I have a Haynes manual. The Haynes manual shows fuses may be under the hood, in the trunk or under the back seat. Why in the world would they place fuses under the seat?!?!?!??!?! If they are in the trunk, I'll need to figure out how to get 3 inches of ice and 5 inches of snow off the trunk / window area.
You help is appreciated.
