Default throttle positioning sensor

Can anyone tell me how to locate the throttle positioning sensor? I got the codes from the auto parts store and purchased the sensor. My 2000 Deville is having some serious idle issues. It currently idles around 1100-1200 rpm and after driving for a while (not having to put my foot in the gas at all most of the time) I put the car in park and the rpm jumps to around 14-1500 rpm. I dont know where to locate the sensor. Just bought the car used about 1yr ago.

Default RE: throttle positioning sensor

I changed the sensor, but I am still experiencing the high idle. Also, I have noticed that the temp is running right above the middle on very hot days and the upper radiator hose is hot tot he touch right after I start the vehicle. I relplaed the thermostat a couple of weeks ago and got the system flushed last week but still havin a problem. any ideas?
