Has anyone had a problem with the stabilizing system on a 2001 dts.
A message came up today saying service stabilizing system, does anyone know what it could be and how much it will run me....

 

My '00 DHS got the message. An independent Caddy specialist fixed it for a reasonable price. It was a steering wheel position sensor, a ring around the column under the dash. He said it is rarely the main brain: usually just a fairly inexpensive sensor. There are several of them here and there. He said if you get the message, the stability control will NOT work when you need it. Get it fixed!
