While I received no responses to my post on 10/27, I did find an answer to the problem. If someone out there has a 03 – 05 Deville without Satellite Radio and would like one that looks like OEM – they are available from M & R Electronics (mnrelectronics.com) on the web. You will have to call (1-800-343-1382) and ask for it as they are not listed on their site. The cost is $249.00 plus shipping, it is a “XM� radio, Sirius is not available. It connects to the 6-CD Changer plug in the back of the glove box. I am very pleased with the unit as it displays name of song, singer and all controls (volume, channel etc) on the original radio are functional with the XM Radio.
