I was going to change out my fuel pump on my 94 Deville. I can't break the bolts lose on the tank straps. I don't want them to snap off. Any good ideas on get them lose. I can't get at them to spray the threads. BTW the Fuel pressure should be 45 to 50 when running correct? When it was running with the guage connected it was 36. Then when I shut it off it slow dropped to 15. This makes a lot of noise at times and won't start. Then next time the pump is quiet and starts right up. It is the pump corrrect?
