Hey all I need some help figuring out if I have the correct replacement part for my 1998 Cadillac DeVille. I recently bought the car but it came with a cluster panel that was not working. The previous owner however had already purchased a replacement cluster but I am not sure if they got the right one because when he still owned the car he got someone to try install the new panel but when they did the car refused to start with the replacement cluster installed.

The part number on the replacement cluster is 09355276, so if anyone can please let me know if this part is actually the correct one then I will assume that there is some other issue at play.

One additional question is do I need to do any sort of programming of this new panel or is it simply a matter of installing it and I should be good to go?
