C1223 code
Hello everyone,
I had a Service engine soon light, TCS, and ABS light on my grandmother's 97 Deville. Found a code for the CEL to be the speed sensor. So, I replaced that and cleared all the codes in the dash system
Put it in drive to test the new sensor, hit the gas and it's like it held back, made a noise, like something dropped, then the TC and ABS light kicked back on and it would drive (speedometer worked and no more VSS CEL code). Went through the system again and got the C1223 code.. did some research and heard it's the LRwheel speed sensor or an ABS cable. Since I just replaced a speed sensor (behind the front passenger side wheel) what cound this mean? Is there another speed sensor bejind the LR tire also?
Anyone have this issue in the past that can help me diagnose/fix?
