Exclamation Air Suspension Problem with my 2001 Cadillac Deville

Hi everyone,

My 2001 Deville is starting to sag down. The other day I heard a hissing noise coming from my air bags. I was mad man. I took it to a dealer just to check it out and see why it was leaking and they told me it was wearing out already. Do you know how much they quoted me?!?!?!? about $1,000 plus labor!! Is there any other solution out there???

Thanks

Hey buddy.

Hey I was having similar issues just like you. Lets say been there done that. If I were you, I would just change your suspension to non air and just get it over with. I now have a non air suspension and it works just as great. I bought it from Strutmasters.com. I was looking into their company info and saw pictures where they make these conversion kits and all. Pretty cool stuff, anyways hit me up if you need any info man.

Ok sounds good. How was your experience with them though? How was the ride after? I just don't know what else to do. My dealer wanted to charge me so much, I told him "Hah! are you nuts" So this Strutmasters, is it worth it?

Thanks man.

Jonathan,
Yes they are reliable, no problems whatsoever. The salesperson helped me out a lot because like you, I was kinda panicky. But they answered all my questions and concerns. Like I said man...best thing I've ever done. My ride has been perfect and another thing that I really liked was that they have a lifetime warranty. Check it out man.

Default struts & shocks

I called strutmasters also and got a price of $ 699 free shipping and no taxes for online orders. Thats for all 4 sides. The rear shocks are coilovers and struts are complete with coils also. I found someone thats charging me $150 to install it all. Hes ASE certified and does work on the side. I called a couple of shops but they want like $125 per wheel. But i can't see paying someone $250 to replace 2 bolts on each side on the rear of my car. I can see paying it for the front because of the work involved. I have a number for one of the guys at Strutmasters 877-668-4535 his name is Mike.
