97 Deville Speedometer not working

97 Deville Speedometer not working
I have a 97 Deville and the speed on the instrument cluster stays at zero. Also the odometer does not register. I replaced the VSS with no luck. The cruise control works fine. I hooked up my scanner and can see the correct speed going down the road. Any ideas on how to troublshoot would be appreciated. I have not had much luck finding and schematics to held troubleshoot.
