Not my car, but my parents have a 97 deville with a strange issue I'm having a hard time tracking down and hoping somebody can help me out. The rear turn signals dont work at all, front light up but dont flash. I replaced the flasher relay and still no flashing and no rear blinkers at all. Also the rear brake lights do not work either but the 3rd brake light does. I spent all day yesterday checking fuses under the hood by the air filter and the ones in the trunk on the seat back and all fuses are good. Tested the bulbs and they are all good. What am I missing here?
