hi new and first caddi.... heres the problem... neither of my power windows let down...i checked all fuses and they are good including accessories..... im not sure if its the relays or wat and the window lights button light up when u turn on the car like they work but no movement. and as a added jesture my a/c is not turning on also so u can imagine how hot it is...... can someone help me and i don't have a clue where the relays are or how to check them even...

 

any help with with any of these probs would be so appreciated
