Will 2010-12 CTS V stock rims fit on my 08 CTS Sedan?

Will 2010-12 CTS V stock rims fit on my 08 CTS Sedan?
I am not the brightest when it comes to cars so i was hoping you all could help me out. I have a 2008 cts and would love to put the CTS-V rims on it and someone is selling them in my area on craigslist.
From what I understand the 08 cts bolt pattern/offset is:
5 lug 4.53 inch or 115 mm High Positive Offset
& the 2010-12 CTS-V is:
5 lug 4.72 inch or 120mm High Positive Offset
Will the V wheels fit on my 08 CTS and if so what would be the potential problems of having wheels with a slightly larger offset?
