It has about 98,000 miles on it, installed beat, no major body/interior damage, has a sunroof.. soon I'll be finding out the vehicles history report.. but for now, what do you guys think? Is it worth it?

no way. picked up a 06 cts sport 76k miles for 6k last night. only minor cosmetic flaws on it. keep looking. I guaranty you will find a much better deal than that. check craigslist if you aren't there already
