Default performance chip

hello all. i have a 2006 cadillac cts with the 2.8L. im looking at a performance chip. im looking everywhere and theres so many to choose from. plus they look cheap from the making. so im going to ask for your help. whats the best chip i can get for my money and get more horsepower, better fuel mileage and more tourque. thank u for reading and the input.

"Performance Chips" like you see on eBay are phony gimmicks. Seriously, you are NOT going to get 130 more horsepower and 40MPG by paying between $25 and $100 for what amounts to a $.10 resistor. GM would include these as standard in the car if there were any benefit. Did you notice that most of the ads don't even differentiate which engine they are for?

i've always wondered this myself. just if i could get a chip for my '04 3.6L CTS. but i've only ever seen the chips installed in the CTS-V.
