Just had throttle body changed airflow change still stuck in reduced speed mode anybody got any ideas what's going on

 

I am having similar problem. Two weeks ago service traction light would come on followed be check engine light and message on reduced power. Took to my mechanic, he got an accl. position code. Cadillac drive by wire, not a push rod for throttle. He replaced accl. position sensor, and car was fine. Two week later this happened again, but then codes went away for 6 days and then started up again. I am giving him the car Friday, he will go through and see what is going on. He too is know thinking throttle body. I will post when I get back.
