FE 1 comes with the base model..FE2 is the performance package with all season tires and FE3 is the performance package with summer tires........suspension differences for each one....

 

It will be apparent with the appearance or lack of the 18" sport performance package. and i believe it will say Y43 upgrade with and it will be sumthin like a 1200 dollar upgrade. The 3300 will buy you the FE2 and the on top 1200 gets the FE3

 

^ i gotta tell ya, cadillac needs to simplify things a bit. if it's confusing for sales reps at times, it must be worse for most buyers
