I hope this doesn't sound like a silly question, but is there a specific model called a CTS Performance?

I just purchased a 2009 CTS, Pre-Owned Certified, from our local Cadillac dealer. The car is very nice, as it has a performance package as well as a luxury package. Later as I was looking over the paperwork, every reference to this car shows it as a "CTS Performance."

Is a CTS Performance a separate model from a regular CTS, with a different serial number prefix, or is it simply a CTS that happens to have the options?
