I have a new to me, 2013 CTS that came with 2 remotes. However the trunk release button doesn't work. The only way I can open the trunk is to use the button on the drivers door.
Anyone else have this problem and are there any suggestions as to how to get the remote to work.

Go by dealer part dept see if they can test remote functions. If remotes pass tester. I would check owners manuals related to disabling or valet mode of rke
