Default Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon production to begin early May, CTS Coupe still on track

General Motors' luxury brand ? in particular the timetable for the 2010 CTS Sport Wagon. The automaker's Lansing Grand River plant is scheduled to begin building the stylish rear-drive load lugger in early May, and the first examples should be at dealerships around Memorial Day (May 25), or perhaps early June.

I hope that is not one of those ideas that ends up killing the whole CTS line ...

I gotta say, I think this is gonna be a hit. It looks fantastic, and as more and more people migrate out of SUVs, the practicality of the wagon will begin to shine anew.

Can't wait to start seeing them on the streets.

Wagons came and went .. question is, are we ready for an encore?

Honestly, i DO think we're ready for a wagon encore. Look at all that are now available... and announced. Outback, Volvos, BMW 3 and 5 series, Audi A3, A4, A6, C-Class... we haven't seen this many in years. And the CTS will be right in the thick of things. Exactly where this brand should be.
