2008 CTS Dash Buzzing Noise

I have a 2008 CTS base model that has just started making a Buzzing / Growling noise from the dashboard. It seem it's coming from the left side about radio height. I thought it was a blend motor, but it does not stop with the air shut off. its sporadic, very loud, and It is very annoying and I am worried something bads about to happen. Anybody had the same problem? Any ideas on what it could be would be helpful. Thanks
