Smile 2006 CTS Mileage Question

1st question: Is it possible for dealership to roll back odometers on vehicles in this day and age?

2nd question: If not, then is 22,000 dollars too much to pay for a 2006 CTS with 8950 miles on it?

I am trying to see if this is worth keeping. It also has XR satelite radio which I have no idea how to work and would like a link if possible.

Is that really 8,950 miles? I paid 20 for an 05, albeit very loaded, with 39,000 miles!
Check the blue book values.

Wel I dont think that they would roll back the milege because when I brought back my 2007 Cts to the dealership it only had 9,000 miles on it! What yearis yours and is it off a lease?
