I was gifted a 2005 cts 3.6 with a misfire that has been sitting for 6 months. I took care of coil packs and plugs today, ran like a dream for 2 minutes, then CEL started flashing and I heard my oil dump out onto the ground. I think I was able to locate the area it came from, but not even sure what the part is. It's in front of the engine, passenger side. Theres 4 lines going to the part and what looks like another oil filter below it. I wish I took a picture before I left, its sitting at my in laws. Any ideas based on the horrible description I've given?
