'03 CTS radiator access / top hose?

'03 CTS radiator access / top hose?
On my 2003 CTS, which one is the top hose that gives direct radiator access? I need to pour some head gasket sealer in the top hose and don't know which one it is. Is it the medium hose on the left, the small hose in the middle, or the large hose on the right?
