cigarette lighter won't power sirius radio

I have a 93 Deville.I am trying to plug my sirius radio into the cigarette lighter. It doesn't give it any power. Why not?

Fuse

Check the fuse in the fuse box!

Sorry.. Should have mentioned the cigarette lighter does work.
