Hi, My name is Scott and this is my first post and I am here in need of some help. I am a tech at a GM dealership. We sent one of my good customers module out to be tested at a reputable Allante specific shop and forgot to take the PROM out that stores the VIN and mileage. Said specialty shop sent us back his module with a different PROM in it. Now they are saying they have lost my customers PROM. The Allante is a 1993 module year and only has about 34k miles on it. The PROM the shop sent us has 120k. So yeah I have an angry customer rightfully so. Any ideas on how to get a PROM burned with correct VIN and mileage??
