Default VCC engagement code
my 93 Deville has a VCC engagement code 39. any suggestions? I don't have a test box to follow the trouble tree properly but have access to a Tech1 and Tech 2 scanner.

it seems that my code has gone away after changing my trans fluid.

the code comes back, it shows up at 65mph or faster seemingly 4th gear is not engaging... any ideas?
