Default Y to 9 northstar swap

current car is a 2000 DHS with a Y northstart with the usual oil consumption and lower crank issues

found a 50k mile vin# 9 (not Y) northstar for a good price

would these motors interchange?

Engines will swap, possible calibration issues. It's worth trying worse case aftermarket re-flash of computer or transfer intake camshafts from Y engine to 9 engine and now it's a
Y.
