Hi, Long story short ... my Grandpa had a cadillac a long time ago and my dad has said he would like to get one like it. I want to someday surprise him with it, but the only evidence I have of what it might have been is in this old picture (attached). I know it's not much, but it does show some of the car (including the fins). Can any of you experts tell me what this is? I have thought for a while that it must be a 1960 deville maybe? But I recently remembered that I think he said it had the bumper bullets on it and I don't think the 1960 did. Any help would be appreciated.

 

59 or 60 picture isn't that clear if there are tail lights on the fins its a 59. No lights on the fins 60.
