1974 front seat removal

I'm trying to remove the front bench seat in my 74'. Removed two bolts in the front and one in the back on both sides. Can't get the seat loose. Rocks back and forth but won't lift up. I've checked both sides of the rail for additional bolt heads=no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Power or manual seat. Normally the are nuts that hold seat tracks to floor. Sometimes tracks will get "hung up" on studs. It seems you missed a nut(s) in the rear part of track there normally at least 2 on some cars 3. Did you take all the plastic covers loose or off? You need to be careful with one that cover sides if track they can be quite fragile.

I found a fourth nut holding the track down, on my power seat. That bugger was hidden under the track at the back. A real challenge to get to, but it's the only way you'll get the track out. ;)
Thanks to "slowroll"

Hey, thanks for your reply. The fourth bolt was hidden under the track at the rear. Difficult to get to, but finally got the track free. Thanks again.
