1970 devill brake problems
 
the brakes on my 70 deville are locked up. im wondering if they are under vacuum? i pulled the caliper off to look at the pads and check the bearings and didnt bleed them afterwards and now they wont let go? dont know if anyone else has had this problem? help please

When you say that you had the calipers off, do you mean you had the lines connection off too?? You should not have to take the line off just to check the pads. Any way just put a big clamp on the caliper and force it back in then see if they function properly. Are they in pretty good condition or in need of replacement?? The calipers can become sticky just from road salt and rust,etc. Is the master cylinder fluid at the right level??
