CEL-service emission systems

Ok so my check engine light is on and it says service emission system. A friend of mine told me I had bad gas so I waited to get the gas out of my car and it didn't fix the problem. I am thinking tune up because it seems like the car is misfiring while im driving. Anywho I pulled the codes and here they are can somebody please translate for me? Thanks

obd 2 codes

ok so this is what i found online.
pc0300 engine misfire, I am pretty sure this is my problem and a tune up will fix it, right?
pc 1381 no communication with brake control module, could this be a fuse or do I need a new module?
pc1406 EGR valve pintle position circuit...... What does this mean?
pc 1571 traction control torque request circuit.... fuse maybe?
pc 1654 cruise control circuit... im guessing because I have an after market steering wheel that doesn't have cruise control
sd 1026 sensing & diagnostic Module (Airbag) My woodgrain steering wheel doesn't have a airbag....Im guessing again on this one
rs 0038 this one says road sensing suspension... im guessing this is why the car doesn't lift when I start it like it should
so that leaves ac 1347 and pz 2042. I really do appreciate all you guys input... Thanks
