2000 seville radio and window issues
 

i have a 2000 cadillac seville sts and it has issues with the radio and the windows. when the key is on accessory everything in the car works but when the key is on or when the car is running its like the power to the radio and windows turns on and off. the radio will keep flashing and it will turn on when it wants and the windows do the same. if anyone has any advice i would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
