1990 Seville 4.5 Exhaust Suggestions
 

Dressing up my '90 seville. 4.5 V8. Would like to give the car some sound and authority. I would like the most throaty, deep, aggressive sound. I was thinking of a transverse type flowmaster muffler, with dual outputs so I can give the appearance of dual exhaust with some chrome tips.

Flowmaster 40 versus 80 versus super 44s....? I haven't heard any of these mufflers on this engine. Youtube has some clips of flowmasters on the 4.9, but, can't get even a good idea of what it would sound like in real life. Open pipes, or glass packs...are loud but have no quality tone. Not what I'm looking for. But I would like heads to turn should I but my foot into it. I've put in enough wrench time on this American built machine to let it get some attention. Imports get too much credit. I have my car tuned to perfection, and if I could shave off 2,000LBS, I would eat those weed wacker sounding rice burners for breakfast. Also, if anyone can suggest a hood decal, or something, to dress the car to remove the stigmata of it having the appearance of a drug dealers whip, and more so an old school Muscle Car type guy would be great. Thanks.
