Looking for wiper switch, climate control unit.
 

I have punched through all of my techniques and possible options to get my wipers to work right(turn on, shut off etc.) As well as my climate control. I have an '88 Brougham. Looking for good working swtich and climate control unit. Anyone that may have a reasonable lead please let me know!
