96 fleetwood Brougham front licence plate holder
 

Moved from... correction... drove from Nova Scotia to British Columbia, Canada... towed a 2400 lb TNT 5x8 trailer in June of this year with my 1996 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham.

Front licence plates are not required in NS, so cars are sometimes sold without plate holders, or removed by owners. Here in BC I need one... does anyone have such a usually insignificant front plate holder at a reasonable price + shipping? I use Paypal.
