"Car may not restart, Theft System Problem" (Cadillac Deville 1997)

Hello,
I'm making a post here to ask if anyone has experience fixing this issue. Whenever I try to crank up my car it doesn't start but sounds like it's but to turnover but something stops it from doing that. I did end up changing the connector bolts for the battery due to the positive one being worn out

and too short so the battery kept disconnecting every now and then.

The only codes that show are
B2750
and nothing else so I'm sure it's just something electrical and I know it's not the lock cylinder cause I had just installed a new one myself and if it wasn't getting the resistance read right it'd say "Take out ignition key".

I would probably have tried to fix it myself more but my uncle has the book for the wiring and circuitry of the car so I'd love some advice. Btw the car uses the VAT key.https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.cad...55bfb358cf.jpg
