The worst Senators
The "Worst 10" on issues relating to members of the Armed Forces and their families and veterans and their families are:
Alexander of Tennessee Chambliss of Georgia Cochran of Mississippi Coleman of Minnesota Cornyn of Texas Dole of North Carolina Graham of South Carolina Roberts of Kansas Sessions of Alabama Sunnunu of New Hampshire This posting is Empowering Veterans’s opening shot in what I hope is a campaign that will make the members of "The Worst 10" club lives miserable until their defeat in the 2008 election. This posting is an appeal for you to visit our website, www.empoweringveterans.org , to review the voting records of the "Worst 10", and to volunteer to serve as a "Bird Dog" to hold these people accountable for their deceit, hypocrisy, and hollow claims of "Supporting the Troops". by Ralph Parrot the rest of the story: http://www.dailykos.com/story/2007/2/20/91939/0056 |
RE: The worst Senators
I don't think all of them are up this election - but, it certainly says something about their character when the ones that were around when the vote on the war happened - they voted yes, but yet, won't support the troops once they get home...
In case anyone wonders... Alexander of Tennessee – R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Chambliss of Georgia - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Cochran of Mississippi – R – Voted Yes Coleman of Minnesota - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Cornyn of Texas - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Dole of North Carolina - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Graham of South Carolina - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Roberts of Kansas - R – Voted yes Sessions of Alabama – R – Voted Yes Sunnunu of New Hampshire - R – Wasn’t a member of the Senate Oct 11, 2002 Notice a pattern- all 'R's - hum, does that stand for rong? |
