Newbie close to getting his first Cadillac

Hello,

A newbie here and am currently close to pulling the trigger on a 2016 ATS 4, 2.0t with 49000 miles on it.
I currently own a 2015 EVO X and a 2011 TL 4WD both of which are manual. I have only owned JDM cars in the past and this would be my first Cadillac.
The ATS for sale is currently owned, and to my surprise, by a renowned news reporter, so the car has not been modified in any form and all services, upto 46000, have been done on time; the car currently has 49000 miles on it.
The car drives and shifts well and brakes seem crisp, however, i did notice, or maybe its just me being too anal about it, the crankshaft pulley wobble a tiny bit during idle. How easy is it to replace the crankshaft pulley?
Also, my main concern is GM reliability with the 2.0t engine and its awd. Is there anything specific I need to look out for?

Thanks in advance!
