Welcome! Kind of hard to help without knowing the year, model and what the problem is?

i have a 96 seville with 84k. when cold and i step on gas it almost stalls or really lacks power. when it warms up it runs better but i still have to give it more gas than i should to get a nice pick up out of her. also using a lot of fuel.

Pull the codes if there are any.
It's probably running rich if it's using lots of fuel and would give the symptoms that you have.
Maybe the fuel pressure regulator is faulty or an oxygen sensor is bad.
