Default Just Bought My First Cadillac Today! A 1976 Convertable El Dorado!

Well I've been shopping for '78 Fleetwoods, 80's model limos, and '72 Model 75s....but I found a sweet deal on a '76 El Dorado with a few small issues and I grabbed it up.

Now I'm in the market for a few replacement parts:
1. Rag top
2. Drivers side glass
3. AC Compressor
4. Dash pad

Is there a good one-stop shop for these items?

Anyway...glad to be here!

Thank you!

I guess my shocking discovery is the scarce availability of parts relative to my other play around cars. I've bought and fixed up a 79 CJ-8, 90 Suburban, 88 Jimmy (sold it like a dummy), and still have a 73 Ford F100 waiting on me to restore.

Plenty of aftermarket sources like LMC and Quadratech for Fords, Chevys and Jeeps.

Not so for 70s Caddys?!!?

I googled replacement convertable tops expecting a bunch of places to choose from and ended up with sort of a random grouping of generic JC Whitney sites and custom fabric shops....

Guess I need to dig deeper into those links you posted on the new members primer....
