Can someone tell me what TCC system stuck on means, PO 741 Thks.

TCC "torque converter clutch". Stuck on means the switch within the trans is either mechanically stuck or theres no signal causing it to release electrically. Its released thru a ground beingdisconnected from the brake lamp switch operation.
