Checking an antique vehicle history

I was wondering if anyone knew of a site that you could actually track previOUs owners of old vehicles BY USING VIN #. Thanks, ed

how old is it, and have you tryed carfax? im not real fond of carfax, but i do believe they are pretty good on ownership, or following titles.
