Breaks not letting up
 

Hi my name is William and I just joined yesterday so still tryna figure out my way around .lol but ya I have a question about my 04 cts .I just changed my breaks yesterday cause my service break assist was showing on dash .but once I go to stop and then go again the breaks won't let up I drove it to the store and once they like got warmed up then the whole car started to shake like my driveline was loose.but then smelled like my breaks so I checked and they was really fricken hot . Anyone know how to fix this problem ? Thanks
