98 deville fans won't come on!!
 

I was recently given this car has 118k on it.
I have put a new temp sensor, water pump,thermostat.
no fans still.
I have unplugged the temp sensor ,fans don't come on, I have jump the temp sensor plug ,and no fans.
I have hook them to direct 12v and they work.
ac don't work so I can't get them to manually over ride.
end of ideas, any help in anything I may have over looked.
I have also checked and changed out the 50a fuse and ac relay
