92 El Dorado - stalling, loss of power

I have a 92 El Dorado 112k miles. It seems once I fix one thing up pops another. Today's issue is fuel related. I ran it too low on fuel, it started the surge loss of power stall thing. I added gas and it has progressed to not even idleing, starts and stalls. I added 1/4 bottle of fuel cleaner to half tank of gas, changed the fuel filter. When it does stay running sounds horrible lots of junk burning off, then stalls. I checked the pressure in fuel pump, thats fine.I checked to make sure fuel lines were connected ect. What am I missing? could it be an O2 sensor?

Have you thought of doing the WOT tune up to see if you can burn through the problem. I'm wondering if you may have picked up some water in the tank. I would add some methol hydrate and premium fuel and head for the freeway at full bore for about 10-20 miles. That's if you can get it running good enough for that.
