2004 Deville Lower Control Arms

New member with an old problem, shake/vibration in steering wheel, floor, seat at highway speeds on smooth roads.
My question is, based on the Bulletin No: 00-03-10-007F that addresses this problem, has there been lower control arms with bushings that will eliminate the shake and vibration? From what I have read, from some years ago, after replacing the lower control arms the shake and vibration was not eliminated.
What is the real problem with the original lower control arms and are there replacement components that will correct it.
Thanks for your input.

Problem seemed to coincide with switch from 225 or 235/60/16 to 235/55 or 50/17 tires. IMO the stiffer sidewalls of the 17s was a factor. No 100% cause was published.

Slowrole, have you changed tire sizes on a 2004 Deville and it eliminated the shake and shimmy?

no, Seville showed condition first 17s had concern 16s didn't. changing tire sizes wasn't an approved correction. the 225/60/16 on gm wheels to substitute are very common, you may know someone you could swap tires with to see effect on vibration
