Default 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood issue...

Hi everyone, the ABS and Traction Control lights on my 94 Fleetwood stay on after 5 to 10 minutes driving since Dec 09. When they were off, I have the ABS and Traction Control functions but not when they are on.

Question:
Is this an expensive repair?
Will regular mechanic do the job or I need to bring the car into the Cadillac dealer?
What would you do if you have this situation on your Cadillac?

thanks, tkc
