windows shorting out 2001 deville need ideas
 

Hello i just bought a 2001 deville. This is the problem, all windows are up all the way. Push buttons nothing but clicking. I found that the circuit is completely missing under the rear seat. Bought another and it shorted out immediately with key off. I am thinking it's a short or broken wire considering i had to fix every wire in the trunk lid already to get gas, trunk and 3rd break light back on track. I have checked the harness in the tubes that connect the doors, under the carpet And under back seat but see nothing. Firestone pulled codes when I had some engine repairs done and didn't see anything. I have not taken the doors apart yet because I hate doing that so leave it for last. Just wondering am I missing a easy fix location? Any weak points I should look for? Think it's a motor fried? Any ideas help thank you.

It does look like the last owner had the drivers seat out at one time or another because he failed to install all the bolts. .had to replace them. Any window wiring under that area?
